Exchange Policy

If any of our customers wish to exchange the product purchased online they can do the same by sending back the product to us or by visiting our outlet in Rajkot.

Following policies are applicable for the exchange through online.

10 Day Easy Exchange Policy:

Customers will be entitled to 100 % of the invoice value if the product is exchanged within 10 days of delivery or else customers can also exchange the product. 

(Condition: Silver rates will be calculated based on date of purchase)

Contact us and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. 

Follow the following guidelines to return the product to us:

If you have received a discount while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount as applicable. 

During the exchange, return the product with its original bill. Loss of the original product Invoice would result in deduction of 300 Rupees.

While returning the product the product should be packed in a way it was delivered to you to avoid any damage to the product.

Once the returned product is received by us and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

(Note: If the product is damaged at the time of return, the product will not be accepted by us)  

If you wish to exchange the product you purchased from us that is older than 10 days you may do that in following way:

You can return the product to us at our office address. After inspection and quality check we would let you know the valuation of thee same (taking into consideration silver rates of that day). Meanwhile, you can buy new product either from our website or from our retail outlet in Rajkot. 

If the valuation of the new product is greater than that of one you returned, you would be liable to pay the difference left after deducting valuation of older product from new one. If the valuation of new product is less than that of older one, we would refund you the money either along with the new product or directly into your bank account.
