Buyback Policy

If any of our customers wishes to return the product purchased online for money back in future, they can do so by sending back the product to us or by visiting our outlet in Rajkot.

Contact us and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us 

Once the returned product is received by us and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be made within 15 working days.

The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the prevailing Silver rates mentioned in www.popularjewllery.co.in and Purity(80/90/92.5/999) of the product. 

Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product.

Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of the product.

Customer need to update their bank details to avail this facility. 

Note: Courier Charges would be borne by the customer.
